How long to get Activated after an order is placed ?

Usually, we send out order details in less than 24 hours. Sometimes its instant if one of our support agents is online working on processing orders.

Can I Use One Subscription on Multiple Devices ?

One Subscription will work on one device only. Every subscription is activated on a unique Mac Address, which cannot be used in two places.

Do you Offer Refunds ?

All Sales are Final. Once an order is placed it cannot be refunded. Every order we activate requires a credit at our end which cannot be transferred to another user.
